- Can I use the Outlook client for my email?
Yes. It is very easy to setup Outlook to work with your
coolaccountant email account.
- Which package is right for my firm?
If your firm has five or less staff, you should consider the Super Cool solution.
For a larger number of accounts, you may want the Ultra Cool account.
- Can I forward my coolaccountant
emails to a different email?
Yes indeed. You may forward your emails.
- What is an Alias and how do I use it?
Aliases are like pass-through accounts. Emails received at aliases are automatically
forwarded another account. It may be easier for your clients to remember an alias
rather than an email address. For instance, you may create an alias called help@your-firm-name.com,
and forward it to your admin assistant. Your clients may find it easier to remember
that email address than your assistant's. You may create any number of aliases,
e.g. jobs@your-firm-name.com, or info@your-firm-name.com, and so on.
