1. Can I add my own article to the newsletter?

   Our newsletters are pre-designed and fit into email-friendly pages. Converting documents into these formats can be very error-prone. We therefore recommend that we prepare the newsletter articles for you. However, if you feel compelled to send a newsletter article of your own, we will certainly assess the effort and advice accordingly.

2. How do I know if my clients read the newsletters?

   We will send you periodic reports of newsletter activity.

3. What if my newsletters goes into the spam folder?

   You must advice your clients that your newsletter will be sent by email and that they should set their spam filters to receive the newsletters.

4. Do privacy laws apply to newsletters?

   Yes they do. Please first check with your clients that it is okay to send them email newsletters before including them in the recipient list. Our newsletters will include an "opt out" method by which users may unsubscribe to the newsletter if they wish do so. The periodic reports that we send you will tell you of how many recipients opted out. Please make sure you consult your legal advisor on what laws may apply to you.
